摘要
本文基于“莫比乌斯环”几何模型,将其与建筑构造相结合,用有限元分析方式对“莫比乌斯环”多样式不规则曲率桁架复杂节点控制技术研究。通过ANSYS软件进行弹塑性分析,将复杂节点应力计算云图导出并计算,确定构件节点受力均在弹性状态范围内;采用BIM模型技术对复杂节点进行分步建模分析,在深化设计过程中对复杂节点优化,最终确定柱壁厚为60 mm,浇筑孔径为650 mm,使结构效果达到最佳;在施工过程中从原材、焊材及复杂节点等多方面、全方位把控质量,保证后续安装精度可控。该技术对今后环状交错、复杂异形、变曲率等复杂钢结构施工具有一定参考价值。
Based on the geometric model of"Mobius ring"and combining it with building structure,this paper stud⁃ies the complex node control technology of"Mobius ring"multi style irregular curvature truss by using the method of fi⁃nite element analysis.The elastic-plastic analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the stress calculation nephogram of complex nodes is derived and calculated to determine that the stress of component nodes is within the range of elastic state;BIM model technology is used to model and analyze the complex joints step by step,and the com⁃plex joints are optimized in the process of deepening design.Finally,it is determined that the structural effect is the best when the column wall thickness is 60 mm and the pouring aperture is 650 mm;This technology has a certain reference val⁃ue for the construction of complex steel structures such as ring staggered,complex special-shaped and variable curvature in the future.
