摘要
针对软岩巷道难以直接采用锚网索支护,而采用U型钢棚支护受动压影响变形严重,需要返修的问题,巷道掘进期间首先采用U型钢、菱形网等支护护表,在软岩尚未松动、离层情况下在掘进巷道后巷及时施工锚索支护,U型钢、菱形网等为锚索支护提供良好可靠的护表件,锚索主动支护为U型钢棚提供补偿支撑力,将软岩固定于U型钢棚与坚硬顶板之间,有效减少了巷道变形,实现软岩回采巷道一次成巷、服务终生。
For the problem that it is difficult to directly support the soft rock roadway with bolts,mesh and cables,and if the U-shaped steel shed is used for support,it will cause serious deformation under the influence of dynamic pres⁃sure and need to be repaired.When the soft rock has not been loosened and separated from the layer,the anchor cable shall be used in time for the back roadway of the excavation roadway.U-shaped steel,diamond mesh,etc.provide a good and reliable surface protection for the anchor cable support,while the active anchor cable support provides a compensat⁃ing support force for the U-shaped steel shed,which fixes the soft rock between the U-shaped steel shed and the hard roof,the deformation of the roadway is effectively reduced,and the soft rock mining roadway can be formed once and serve for a lifetime.
