通过领导力培训增强学校管理效能的研究——基于深圳市光明区高级中学领导力培训项目的开展

摘要 领导者的领导能力和领袖气质不是与生俱来的,领导力是后备领导者的关键能力,通过精心选拔,科学设计,系统培训,后备领导者会逐渐形成一定的领导力。一个学校的可持续发展,需要一个坚强有力的领导团队,领导者的专业能力、管理能力、创新能力和人格魅力是重要的领导力,领导者的领导力的合力将引领一个学校走在正确的路上,形成有效激励,增强学校的管理效能。深圳市光明区高级中学领导力培训项目自2018年启动以来,开展了很多活动,培训内容丰富,形式多样,取得了很多培训成效。 A strong leadership team is of critical significance to the sustainable development of a school. School leaders are supposed to lead the school on the right path by seeing farsightedly and thinking macroscopically, making foresighted and scientific design and working out practical development plan, and they are also expected to portray an inspiring vision for the faculty and make top-level design for the school. The wish and will of the school leaders need to be communicated to and fully understood by every teacher and student, so that success will follow. The formation of an excellent school management culture is the result of inheritance,experience and lessons learned, as well as collective wisdom, which call for continuous edification and training. The core carrier is the school administrative team and the reserve force. Whether it is the current administrative team or the growing reserve force, professional training is needed. For the young force in particular, more needs to be learnt. Since its launch in 2018, the leadership training program of Shenzhen Guangming District Senior High School has carried out many activities with rich and diverse training contents, and has accomplished many training successes, as well as some setbacks and lessons.
