经过近几年的考查、调研,探究出三亚市翻译人才匮乏与不足的现状。如果不及时加以整改,就无法应对海南自贸港建设和国际旅游岛打造对高端应用型、服务型翻译人才的需求,并通过研究分析出三亚市高校具有构建外事翻译人才库的优势和不可替代的条件。同时,研究以何种方式、何种途径,高效、快捷地搭建和培养具有国际视野的"双师四能型"应用、研究、教学为一体的三亚本土外事翻译人才库,进而服务于三亚市重点产业的发展。

The author has explored the current situation of the shortage of translation talents in Sanya City through examinations and investigations in recent years. If rectification is not carried out in time, it will not be possible to respond to the demand for high-end application-oriented and service-oriented translation talents in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the creation of an international tourist island, and through research and analysis, it is found that Sanya’s universities have the advantages and irreplaceable conditions of building a foreign affairs translation talent team.At the same time, it will study how and which way to efficiently and quickly build and cultivate a Sanya native foreign affairs translation talent team with an international vision of "dual teachers and four abilities" application, research, and teaching, and then serve the development of key industries of Sanya City.
