新时代劳动观是党和人民劳动实践的理论结晶,新时代坚持习近平的"劳动观"是社会发展的应有之义。新时代劳动观与马克思主义劳动观一脉相承,明确劳动是人类社会历史发展的基础,劳动是创造价值的唯一源泉,劳动是实现人自由而全面发展的根本途径。同时,新时代劳动观具有极高的价值意蕴,明确了劳动是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实践路径,强调崇尚劳动幸福的价值观念,引领发展和谐劳动关系,共筑社会主义和谐社会。新时代培育学生劳动观,应建构中心理念,加强舆论引导,学习劳模精神,拓宽劳动实践渠道,完善劳动教育体系等。

The labor outlook in the new era is the theoretical crystallization of the labor practice of the party and the people,and the adherence to Xi Jinping’s labor outlook in the new era is the proper meaning of social development. The labor concept in the new era is in the same line as the Marxist labor concept. It is clear that labor is the foundation of the historical development of human society, labor is the only source of value creation, and labor is the fundamental way to realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings. At the same time, the concept of labor in the new era has extremely high value meaning, clarifying that labor is a practical path to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, emphasizing the value of advocating labor happiness, leading the development of harmonious labor relations, and building a harmonious socialist society. To cultivate students’ outlook on labor in the new era, we should construct a central idea, strengthen public opinion guidance, learn from the spirit of model workers, broaden labor practice channels, and improve the labor education system.
