摘要
在新时代中医药院校深化创新创业教育,从课程到实践推动创业教育普惠化和特色化发展的过程中,提高学生的创业学习动机成为关键。结合新时代创业学习情境,从动机认知论的角度进行校本个案研究,发现:中医药院校大学生创业学习的发展有赖于在创业教育中,注重引导并帮助学生树立对创业学习的意义建构、价值认知和期望。同时,在组织多元实践活动中,注重育人的创新创业教育文化,有助于促进学生对外在的创业学习支持系统进行确认和理解,进而增强大学生创业学习的信念和投入。
In the process of deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education and promoting the inclusive and characteristic development of entrepreneurship education from curriculum to practice, it is essential to improve college students’ entrepreneurial learning motivation. Combined with the context of entrepreneurial learning in the new era, through school-based case study,based on the perspective of motivation cognitive theory it is found that promoting the development of entrepreneurial learning of college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine will depend on guiding and helping students to establish the meaning construction,value cognition and expectation of entrepreneurial learning in entrepreneurial education. At the same time, in organizing multiple practical activities, paying attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship education culture is helpful to promote the confirmation and understanding of students’ external entrepreneurship learning support system, and then enhance the belief and involvement of students’ entrepreneurial learning.
