江西省农村中小学生健康危险行为共发性及关联性

Co-occurrence and intercorelation of health risk behaviors among rural primary and middle school students in Jiangxi province

目的探讨江西省农村中小学生健康危险行为共存性和关联性。方法于2018年9月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对江西省2284名农村中小学生进行问卷调查。结果2284名中小学生肢体暴力检出率为29.60%;缺乏体育活动检出率为90.96%;不良卫生习惯检出率为24.96%。2.41%中小学生存在单一健康危险行为,30.99%存在3种健康危险行为;7.67%存在≥5种危险行为;不同性别(χ^(2)=42.65,P<0.01)、学段(χ^(2)=33.42,P<0.01)、家庭结构(χ^(2)=30.21,P<0.01)农村中小学生的单一或多种健康危险行为共存情况差异有统计学意义;多种健康不良行为间存在正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论江西省农村中小学生健康危险行为检出率较高且具有共发性和关联性。应从重点人群入手突破,预防健康危险行为聚集。

Objective To explore the co-occurrence and intercorelation of health risk behaviors among rural primary and middle school students in Jiangxi province. Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling, we recruited 2 284 students at 12 rural primary and middle school students in 6 counties across Jiangxi province for an on-site questionnaire survey during September 2018. Modified Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System(YRBSS) in Chinese was adopted in the study.Results Among all the students, the self-reported rate was 29.60% for physical violence, 90.96% for physical inactivity, and24.96% for poor hygiene habits;of the students, 2.41%, 30.99%, and 7.67% reported ever having one, three, and five or more health risk behaviors. The reported rate of single and multiple risk behaviors differed significantly by gender(χ^(2)= 42.65),schooling grade(χ^(2)= 33.42) and family structure(χ^(2)= 30.21)(P < 0.01 for all). There were positive correlations among the reported rates of various health risk behaviors(P < 0.05 for all). Conclusion The co-existence of health risk behaviors is prevalent and various health risk behaviors are intercorrelated among rural primary and middle school students in Jiangxi province.
