摘要
以西宁南川申宁路五跨变截面预应力连续梁桥设计为背景,通过有限元分析得出,该项目五跨连续梁在次边跨范围内任意工况下不出现正弯矩,均为负弯矩,支点梁高较大,横梁横向不需要设置预应力,多跨连续梁预应力损失较大,计算时需要进行研究。由于支点处梁高较大,为保证桥梁在运营状态更好地工作,在支点一定范围内设置竖向预应力,作为桥梁的安全储备而存在。腹板纵向预应力在该项设计中需要使用连接器进行连接,以保证单根的张拉长度和张拉控制力满足要求。
Based on the design of the five-span variable cross-section prestressed continuous beam bridge in Shenning Road in Nanchuan of Xining,through the finite element analysis,it is concluded that the five-span continuous beam of the project has no positive bending moment under any working condition in the range of secondary side span,but has the negative bending moment.The height of fulcrum beam is large,the transverse beam is not required to set the prestress,and the prestress loss of multi-span continuous beam is large,and is required to study during the calculation.Due to the large beam height at the fulcrum,in order to ensure the bridge operating better in the operation state,the vertical prestress is set in a certain range of the fulcrum as the safety reserve of the bridge.In this design,the connectors are needed to connect the longitudinal prestress of web to ensure that the tension length and tension control force of single web meet the requirements.
