摘要
以连云港市徐圩新区达标尾水排海工程为例,对浅海铺管施工管道受力进行了理论分析,计算得到特定管径、管材、壁厚的管道所铺设的极限水深,并利用有限元计算方法进行了验证,同时介绍了铺管施工中管道应力控制的施工关键技术,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the up-to-standard tail water discharge-into-sea project in Xuwei New District of Lianyungang City as an example,the stress of laying the construction pipeline in shallow sea is theoretically analyzed.The limit water depth of laying pipeline with specific pipe diameter,pipe material and wall thickness is calculated and verified by the finite element calculation method.At the same time,the key construction technology of pipeline stress control in the pipeline laying is introduced so as to provide the reference for the similar projects.
