摘要
为研究清水混凝土在市政工程结构件实现预制化的生产技术,对混凝土配合比设计、脱模剂、构件模具等生产技术进行详细研究,对比论证了不同预制工艺下对混凝土构件饰面清水效果的影响,分析并提出了一套市政工程清水混凝土构件的预制化生产工艺。
In order to study the production technology of plain concrete to realize the prefabrication of plain concrete components in the municipal engineering,the concrete mix proportion design,release agent,component mold and other production technologies are studied in detail.The influences of different prefabricating processes on the fair faced effect of concrete components are compared and demonstrated.A set of prefabricating production technology of plain concrete components in municipal engineering is analyzed and proposed.
