从治未病角度探讨放疗致肠道辐射损伤的防治

Intestinal radiation injury induced by radiotherapy:prevention and treatment based on the theory of "preventive treatment of disease"

基于治未病理论,结合电离辐射的致病特点和肠道的生理特性及生理功能,总结放疗致肠道辐射损伤前后各个阶段的基本特点及病机,并依此在未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复3个环节提出相应的防治原则和方药选择。为治未病理论在防治放疗致肠道辐射损伤中的应用提供指导。

Based on the theory of“preventive treatment of disease”,and according to the pathogenic characteristics of radiation and the physiological characteristics and functions of intestinal tract,this paper summarized the basic characteristics and pathogenesis of intestinal injury at each stage before and after radiotherapy.The principles of prevention and treatment and the choices of prescriptions in the three stages of“preventing disease before its onset”,“preventing disease from exacerbating”,and“preventing recurrence after recovery”are thus suggested.It could provide guidance for the application of the“preventive treatment of disease”theory in the prevention and treatment of intestinal injury induced by radiotherapy.
