时间之维的新时代中国高等教育转型,是高等教育系统形成加速循环的过程。人们生活步调加速大幅提升了高等教育需要的规模、质量和频率,高等教育需要加速直接推动了高等教育生产加速,高等教育生产加速需要高等教育治理节奏的加速予以回应,高等教育治理加速又派生出更快的生活步调和高等教育需要,高等教育时间形成了加速循环,并整体上加速了高等教育变迁。以加速为标志的高等教育转型有利于新时代中国高等教育整体竞争实力的迅速提升,但又使得高等教育产生生命时间与社会时间的疏离。应推动高等教育系统的"内外共鸣"与"上下共鸣",减缓社会加速对高等教育的过度侵入,重建未来高等教育时间的节奏。

In the new era,the transformation of China higher education in the time scale is a process in which the higher education system forms an accelerated cycle.The accelerated pace of people’s life has sharply improved the scale,quality and frequency of higher education needs,which directly promotes the accelerated production of higher education.The acceleration of higher education production needs to be responded by the acceleration of higher education governance rhythm,and the acceleration of higher education governance results in a faster pace of life and higher education needs.It can be seen that higher education forms an accelerating cycle on time scale and accelerates the overall change of higher education.The time transformation of higher education in the new era marked by acceleration is conducive to the rapid improvement of the overall competitive strength of China higher education,but it also alienates the separation of higher education life time and social time.What needs to be done is to promote the"internal and external resonance"and"upper and lower resonance"of higher education system,slow down the excessive intrusion of accelerated society into higher education,and rebuild the rational rhythm of higher education time.
