摘要
作为新冠肺炎疫情爆发期间伴随在线教学蓬勃发展的产物,线上线下融合式学生工作不仅突破了传统学生工作在主客体和时空性上的限制,而且表现为实体性与虚拟性共生、当局者与围观者共存、同步性与异步性交织、易达性与共享性交融四个特征。线上线下融合式学生工作对传统学生工作进行了增强体验、扩大参与、以人为本和开放共享的多维度赋能,进而启发高校学生工作部门在开展思想政治工作、打造融合平台、建构云端社群和推动全球对话等方面进行广泛的实践。今后线上线下融合式学生工作应围绕新时期立德树人根本任务,因势利导推进学生思想政治工作从模式、成效到队伍等多方面转型升级。
As a product of the vigorous development of online teaching during the COVID-19 period,the online and offline integrated student work breaks through the constraints of traditional student work on the dimensions of subject and object,and time and space;and it also shows such characteristics as the symbiosis of substantiality and virtuality,coexisting of audience and onlookers,interlacement of synchronism and asynchronism,and communion of accessibility and sharing.The integrated student work has enabled traditional student activities on dimensions of enhancing experience,expanding participation,people-orientation and open sharing,so as to inspire student work department to carry out extensive practice on promoting student ideological and political work,building an integration platform,constructing a cloud community and developing the global dialogues.In the future,based on the fundamental task of higher education,the transformation and upgrading of students’ideological and political education should be promoted.
