摘要
为了提高小檗碱的分离纯化效果,以小檗碱为模板分子,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为混合功能单体,用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾作为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备了小檗碱印迹聚合物。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对聚合物的形貌进行了表征,并对制备出的分子印迹聚合物的分子吸附性能选择性能进行测试。结果表明,印迹聚合物在60 min后逐渐达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量约为52.43 mg/g,吸附常数为0.0346 L/mg。
In order to improve the separation and purification effect of berberine,with berberine as template molecules,acrylic amide and methacrylic acid as mixed functional monomers,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate as initiator,berberine imprinted polymer is prepared by precipitation polymerization method.The morphology of polymers is characterized by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The molecular adsorption performance of the prepared molecularly imprinted polymer is tested.The results show that imprinted polymers gradually reach adsorption equilibrium after 60 min,the adsorption capacity is 52.43 mg/g,and the absorption constant is 0.0346 L/mg.
