摘要
用催化剂负载化制备了一种磁响应性光催化纳米复合材料。采用湿化学法制备纳米级超细活性氧化锌,用水热法制备出磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子,将其超生分散在溶有碳纳米管的无水乙醇中,形成碳纳米管包裹Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子的微乳液。将该微乳液插于纳米氧化锌中,形成一种稳定体系,通过控制水解,使氧化锌纳米粒子于磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子共同镶嵌在碳纳米管的结构内,形成一种新型的磁响应性ZnO/碳纳米管复合材料。通过透射电镜(TEM)、红外等手段对该复合材料进行表征,并通过模拟太阳光下降解甲基橙溶液评价复合材料的光催化性能。
A kind of magnetic responsive photocatalytic nanocomposites is prepared by catalytic loading.The nanometer sized ultrafine active zinc oxide is prepared by wet chemical method.The magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles are prepared by hydrothermal method,and superdispersed into the ethanol solution dissolved in carbon nanotubes,forming the microemulsion encapsulated by Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles in carbon nanotubes.The microemulsion is inserted into nano zinc oxide to form a stable system.By controlling hydrolysis,zinc oxide nanoparticles are embedded in the structure of carbon nanotube in magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles,forming a new type of magnetic responsive ZnO/carbon nanotube composite.The composite is characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and infrared,and the photocatalytic performance of the composite is evaluated by simulating the degradation of methyl orange solution under sunlight.
