芝麻秸秆活性炭对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过化学活化法制备芝麻秸秆活性炭,然后对亚甲基蓝进行了吸附实验。考察了活性炭的投加量、初始浓度、吸附时间对吸附过程的影响及表征分析。结果表明:碱炭比为2∶1时,制备得到的活性炭吸附性能最好。初始浓度为40 mg/L,吸附时间为90 min,投加量为20 mg时,去除率达到最大值98.49%。经过准一级动力学和准二级动力学相关系数得出,芝麻秸秆活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝染料的过程为化学吸附。 Sesame straw activated carbon is prepared by chemical activation method,and methylene blue is adsorbed.The influence and characterization analysis of activated carbon dosage,initial concentration,adsorption time on the adsorption process are investigated.The results show that when the alkali-carbon ratio is 2∶1,the adsorption performance of activated carbon is the best.When the initial concentration is 40 mg/L,the adsorption time is 90 min,and the dosage is 20 mg,the removal rate reaches the maximum 98.49%.The adsorption process of methylene blue dye on sesame straw activated carbon is chemical adsorption by comparing the correlation coefficient of first order kinetics and second order kinetics.
