攀枝花城市大脑建设与思考

Construction and Thinking of City Brain in Panzhihua

为了实现攀枝花市体系管理、实时管理、精准管理和联动管理,从治理体系和治理能力两个维度,介绍了攀枝花城市大脑建设,重点阐述了城市大脑架构及其基础设施、城市大脑技术平台、三中心、智慧应用等4个层面功能设置,分析了数据一"脑"融合、视频一"网"联动、治理一"心"共治、热线一"号"全通的核心功能,从而达到聚合资源、协同共治、应用创新等成效,并从全面感知、事件流转、考核评价等6个方面做了思考。

In order to realize the system management,real-time management,precise management and linkage management of Panzhihua City,this paper introduces the urban brain construction of Panzhihua City from the two dimensions of governance system and governance ability,focuses on the functional settings of city brain architecture and its infrastructure,city brain technology platform,three centers and intelligent application,and analyzes the data brain integration,the video network linkage,the social unity and co governance,and all-in-one hotline,so as to achieve the effects of resource aggregation,collaborative governance,application innovation and so on,and think from six aspects:comprehensive perception,event flow,assessment and so on.
