司法电子卷宗跨组织协同处理平台关键技术研究

Research on Cross Organizational Collaborative Processing Platform and Key Technologies of Judicial Electronic Dossier

司法电子卷宗是司法信息化、智能化最基础的业务数据,电子卷宗处理涉及公安、法院、检察院和司法行政机关等不同司法组织的协作。针对电子卷宗跨组织协同处理业务需求和特点,提出基于微服务网格的协同处理平台架构设计方法,并阐述了基于深度学习的自动著录技术、基于区块链的内容保全和隐私保护等关键技术,解决了司法实践中电子卷宗跨组织全链条处理的灵活性、安全性和高效性等问题。

Judicial electronic dossier is the most basic business data of judicial informatization and intellectualization.The processing of electronic dossier involves the cooperation of different judicial organizations such as public security,court,procuratorate and judicial administrative organ.According to the requirements and characteristics of cross organizational collaborative processing of electronic files,this paper describes the collaborative processing framework,proposes a collaborative processing platform architecture based on microservice grid,and specifically describes the key technologies such as automatic description,description preservation and privacy protection.Judicial practice shows that the framework and methods proposed in this paper have high judicial effect.
