Research on Public Security Risk Coding Based on Geographic Space

本文针对公共安全风险管理中复杂的多源异构信息来源问题,充分利用公共安全风险的空间、时间、类别特征,特别是地理空间特性,研究构建一种能够唯一标识公共安全风险的编码方法,为统一、规范公共安全风险信息管理提供了有效支撑。

Targeted at the complex multi-source heterogeneous information source problem in public security risk management,this article makes full use of the spatial,temporal,and category characteristics of public security risks,especially the geographic space characteristics,and studies and constructs a coding method that can uniquely identify public security risks,which provides effective support for unifying and standardizing public security risk information management.
