Network Construction Practice of East China Company after Separation and Reorganization of Oil and Gas Pipeline Network

油气管网剥离重组是深化油气体制改革的关键一步,管网资产划转后,新组建的华东公司作为分拆划转企业,面临网络剥离重建的迫切需要。为实现网络独立,同步建立可防可控的网络安全体系,本文立足国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司华东分公司实际,在充分调研的基础上,开展了现状及需求分析,对整个网络架构进行了设计,并着重就网络安全技术防护体系的构建进行详述,为后续开展信息化建设,实现数字化全面转型奠定了基础。

Separation and reorganization of oil and gas pipeline network is a key step in deepening the reform of oil and gas system.After the transfer of pipeline network assets,the newly established East China Company,as a spin-off and transfer enterprise,faces the urgent need of network separation and reconstruction.In order to achieve network independence and simultaneously establish a preventable and controllable network security system,based on the actual situation of the East China Branch of National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,Ltd.,through comprehensive investigations,this article performs an analysis on the current situation and demand,designs the entire network architecture,and describes the construction of the network security technology protection system in detail,which lay the foundation for the subsequent informatization construction and the realization of digital comprehensive transformation.
