Promoting“Development”with“Integration”:Development Path of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials Industry under the Background of Rural Revitalization

在乡村振兴的大背景下,作为“华佗故里,中华药都”的亳州,积极推进乡村振兴与农业现代化的融合发展,使亳州中药材在种植、产量及出口方面取得了长足进步,发展形势向好。但受到科技、环境、政策、产业链、产业结构等方面的制约,亳州中药材产业仍面临着信息化程度低、发展环境较差、产业结构单一、政策效果不佳等问题。要实现亳州市建立世界中医药之都的目标,必须立足于乡村振兴的战略背景,通过“科技+平台”“康养+旅游”“政府+技术”“农业+产业”以及“规模+定制”的方式,以“融合”促“发展”,寻找中药材产业兴旺发达之路。

Under the background of rural revitalization,Bozhou city,as the“hometown of Hua Tuo and the capital of Chinese medicine”,actively promotes the integration of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization,so that the traditional Chinese medicine in Bozhou has made great progress in its planting,yield,and export,which is a quite good situation for its development.However,Bozhou medicinal materials industry,restricted by science&technology,environment,policy,industry chain,and industrial structure etc.,still faces some problems such as the informatization degree is low,the development environment is poor,the industrial structure is single,and the policy effect is not good etc.In order to realize the aim of establishing Bozhou city as the capital of Chinese medicine in the world,we should,under the strategic background of rural revitalization,make use of the methods of“science&technology+platform”,“health wellness+tourism”,“government+technology”,“agriculture+industry”,and“scale+customization”,and seek the way for the thriving development of Chinese medicinal materials with“integration”.
