高速铁路现场移动焊接接头冲击性能分布规律研究

摘要 以我国高速铁路现场移动焊接接头冲击性能试验数据为基础,结合数理统计理论与数据挖掘方法,采用SPSS软件分析并验证了接头冲击性能的分布规律;以K-S检验为主要方法,结合直方图、箱型图和Q-Q图为辅助判断手段进行接头冲击性能正态分布检验;提出了考虑数据分散性的冲击性能综合评价指标建议。结果表明:高速铁路现场移动焊接接头试样(每个接头取14个冲击试样)冲击吸收能量数据较接头整体冲击吸收能量(14个冲击试样试验值取平均)分散性大,接头轨头、轨腰和轨底3个部位冲击吸收能量平均值分散性较接头整体平均值分散性大,仅采用平均值作为判据无法反映冲击性能分散性;接头整体冲击吸收能量概率密度曲线基本呈正态分布特征;接头整体冲击吸收能量数据分布规律符合正态分布;在需要对接头冲击性能分散性提出要求时,可设定试样冲击吸收能量最小值限值,以提升对冲击性能分散性的控制。 Mobile welding joint of high-speed railway has strong influence on railway safety,and its reliability is particularly strict.Based on the test data of impact properties of mobile welding joints on high-speed railway in China,combined with data statistical analysis application technology and data mining method,the distribution law of impact properties of joints was analyzed and verified by SPSS software.Taking K-S test as the main method,combined with histogram,box diagram and Q-Q diagram as auxiliary judgment means,the normal distribution test of joint impact performance was carried out.A comprehensive proposal for impact performance evaluation considering data dispersion was proposed and established.The results show that the impact absorption energy data of high-speed railway field moving welded joint is more dispersed than the average value of impact absorption energy of joint,and the dispersion of the average value of joint is more dispersed than the average value of overall impact absorption energy of joint.Only using the average value as the criterion can not reflect the dispersion of impact performance.The probability density curve of the average value of impact absorbed energy of the joint is basically normal distribution.The data distribution law of the average value of impact absorbed energy of the joint conforms to the normal distribution.When it is necessary to put forward requirements for the dispersion of impact performance of the joint,the minimum limit of impact absorption energy of the sample can be set to improve the control of the dispersion of impact performance.
