动车组用水性涂料性能研究

摘要 系统研究了动车组用水性环氧底漆、水性聚氨酯中间漆、水性聚氨酯面漆、水性聚氨酯底色漆和水性聚氨酯清漆的应用及性能。结果表明:水性涂料VOC含量低,环境友好,水性环氧底漆整体性能优异。水性中间漆、水性面漆等聚氨酯类涂料部分性能需要继续改进。结合试验结果对相关标准提出了建议,为更好地应用水性涂料提供了试验依据,并对相关产品标准的制修订提供数据支持。 The application and properties of water-borne epoxy primer,water-borne polyurethane intermediate paint,water-borne polyurethane finish,water-borne polyurethane primer and water-borne polyurethane varnish for EMU were systematically studied.The results show that the water-borne coating has low VOC content,friendly environment and excellent overall performance of water-borne epoxy primer.Some properties of polyurethane coatings such as water-borne intermediate paint and waterborne topcoat need to be further improved.Combined with the test results,some suggestions on relevant standards are put forward,which provide a test basis for better application of water-borne coatings,and provide data support for the preparation and revision of relevant standards.
