摘要
用户参与对图书馆"双创"服务具有积极影响。用户参与式图书馆"双创"服务可以是以用户为链接点的知识转移服务模式、以实现用户价值为目的的价值共创服务模式、以用户互动为主导的社群服务模式、以用户为中心的多场景融合服务模式。在用户参与过程中,图书馆应重视用户生态建设,完善用户参与途径,提供用户参与技术支持,提升用户参与协同能力,制定用户参与激励机制。
User participation has a positive impact on the "innovation and entrepreneurship" service in library. The "innovation and entrepreneurship" service of library based on user participation can be the knowledge transfer service mode with the user as the link point, the value co-creation service mode with the purpose of realizing the user value, the community service mode with the user interaction as the leading, and the multiscene fusion service mode with the user as the center. In the process of user participation, library should pay attention to the construction of user ecology, improve the way of user participation, provide technical support for user participation, enhance the collaborative ability of user participation, and formulate incentive mechanism for user participation.
