重庆潼南三叶青与安徽黄山三叶青光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数比较

摘要 为了探究不同产地三叶青光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的差异性,为三叶青品种的种质创新提供理论依据,试验以重庆潼南三叶青(CQ-TN)和安徽黄山三叶青(ANH-HSH)为材料,测定其叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量、光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,CQ-TN和ANH-HS间的叶长差异不显著,而CQ-TN和ANH-HS间的叶宽存在极显著差异;CQ-TN的平均叶形指数极显著小于ANH-HSH;CQ-TN的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、瞬时羧化速率(CUE)极显著低于ANH-HSH,而CQ-TN的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(Ls)和水分利用效率(WUE)均高于ANH-HSH,但差异不显著;CQ-TN的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、开放的PSII反应中心捕获激发能效率(Fv’/Fm’)和光化学淬灭系数(qP)均小于ANHHSH,而CQ-TN的非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)大于ANH-HSH,但均无显著性差异;CQ-TN的叶绿素含量平均值显著高于ANH-HSH。 In order to exploring the difference in photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg between different producing areas and provide a theoretical basis for germplasm innovation of variety selection of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg. In this study, Chongqing Tongnan Tetrastigma hemsleyanum(CQ-TN)and Anhui HuangshanTetrastigma hemsleyanum(ANH-HSH)were used as experimental materials to measure leaf length, leaf width, content of chlorophyll, photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that: There was no significant difference in leaf length between CQ-TN and ANH-HSH, but there was a significant difference in leaf width. Average leaf shape index of CQ-TN was significantly lower than that of ANH-HSH. The net photosynthetic rate(Pn), intercellular CO_(2) concentration(Ci) and instantaneous carboxylation rate(CUE) of CQ-TN were significantly lower than those of ANH-HSH, while the stomatal conductance(Gs), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal limit value(Ls) and water use efficiency(WUE) of CQ-TN were higher than those of ANH-HSH, and the differences were not significant. The Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, PSⅡ actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ) of CQ-TN, the capture and excitation energy efficiency of open PSII reaction center(Fv’/Fm’)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)of CQ-TN were all lower than that of ANH-HSH. However, the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)of CQ-TN was higher than that of ANHHSH, and there were no significant differences. The average chlorophyll content of CQ-TN was higher than that of ANHHSH.
