摘要
明渠中分水的不确定性变化时常引起输水进出口流量的不平衡现象。流量不平衡一般通过流量监测识别,但是对于无流量监测或者监测信息不准确情况,流量的偏差主要体现在水位的持续变化上。通过分析单位流量下的水位变化率,提出了在具有水位实测变化数据情况下,基于实时水位监测数据的流量不平衡识别方法,并通过分析不平衡流量下的水体蓄量变化趋势,实现了流量不平衡下的水位超限时间估计。通过建立引江济淮工程派河口泵站—蜀山泵站段的仿真模型来代替实际模型对该方法进行检验,结果表明,该方法能够较准确地感知进出口缺水流量值,同时也能快速和准确地识别出超限时间,为调度决策提供支撑。
The uncertain change of open channel water division often causes the phenomenon of the flow rate imbalance at inlet and outlet of water conveyance. The flow rate imbalance is usually identified through the relevant flow rate monitoring, but the deviation of flow rate is mainly reflected in the continuous change of water level for the situation without data or with inaccurate monitoring data. Through analyzing the water level changing rate under unit flow rate, a real-time water level monitoring data-based identification method of flow rate imbalance under the situation with measured water level change data is proposed herein, and then the estimation of the time of the over-limit water level under the condition of flow rate imbalance is realized with the method of flow rate imbalance identification of real-time water level monitoring data through analyzing the changing trend of water storage under the flow rate imbalance. The method given herein is verified through establishing the simulation model of the section from Paihekou Pumping Station to Shushan Pumping Station of Yangtze River-to-Huaihe River Water Transfer Project to replace the relevant actual model and the result shows that the method given herein can not only more correctly perceive the flow rate of water shortage at inlet and outlet, but can also quickly and accurately identify the over-limit time at the same time to provide a support for the dispatching decision-making concerned.
