摘要
认识生态服务价值的空间转移规律是进行跨区域横向生态补偿的科学基础。由于自然和社会系统的普遍联系性,流域内上下游以及多个区域之间的生态服务价值转移呈现复杂的网络特征,但既往研究对这种网络特征刻画不够充分,在复杂条件下的适应性有待提高。基于东江流域生态服务价值当量因子表,应用生态价值转移的断裂点和场强模型,计算出流域内上下游各地级市间的生态服务价值转移量并对其转移网络进行空间可视化。结果表明:2020东江流域的生态服务价值为1758.35亿元,生态服务价值总转移量为63.08亿元。转移量较大的生态服务有水文调节、土壤保持、环境净化。这些生态服务主要从流域上游和中游的惠州、河源向下游的珠江三角地区转移,构成了包含8个空间节点、22条线路的转移网络。研究得出的东江流域生态价值的空间转移关系,可为流域内跨地区的生态补偿提供参考。
Understanding the spatial transferring law of eco-service value(ESV)is the scientific basis for making the inter-regional transverse eco-compensation.Due to the universal connection between natural and social systems,the eco-service value transfer between the upstream and downstream areas and several regions within a river basin exhibit complicated network characteristics,but the network characteristics are not fully described in the relevant previous studies,for which the adaptabilities under complicated conditions are necessary to be enhanced.Based on the table of eco-service value equivalent factors of Dongjiang River Basin,the amounts of eco-service value transfer among all the upstream and downstream prefecture-level cities within the river basin are calculated and their transferred networks are visualized with the relevant eco-value transfer breakpoint model and field intensity model herein.The calculation results show that the eco-service value of Dongjiang River Basin in 2020 is 175.835 billion yuan with the total transferring amount of 6.308 billion yuan;of which the eco-services with larger transferring amount are hydrological regulation,soil conservation,and environmental purification.These eco-services are mainly transferred from Huizhou and Heyuan at the upstream and midstream areas of the river basin to the downstream Pearl River Delta area,and then form a transferring network with 8 nodes(cities)and 22 lines.The eco-value spatial transferring relationship of Dongjiang River Basin obtained from the study made herein can provide references for the inter-regional eco-compensation within the river basin.
