摘要
目的为急救车设计信息化管理方案并观察应用效果。方法将2019年3月—2020年2月该院48个护理单元按随机数表法分两组,各24个单元。参照组急救车采用常规管理方案,研究组急救车采用信息化管理方案,比较两组急救车管理质量、抢救记录准确率、核对急救车内药品和物品平均用时。结果研究组急救车管理质量评分中,药物和物品摆放、标识、急救物品性能、登记、有效期、管理急救车时间评分分别为(25.93±3.15)分、(18.36±1.53)分、(13.77±1.21)分、(13.92±1.08)分、(8.42±1.57)分、(7.58±1.37)分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组抢救记录准确率100.00%高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组核对急救车内药品和物品平均用时为(80.17±4.39)min,短于参照组的(91.53±5.37)min,差异有统计学意义(t=16.047,P<0.05)。结论采用封存管理法与二维码识别技术建立急救车管理系统,可有效提高急救车管理质量与抢救记录准确性,并有助于缩短核对急救药品和物品的时间。
Objective To design an information management scheme for emergency vehicles and observe the application effect.Methods The 48 nursing units in the hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 24 units.The ambulance of the reference group adopted the conventional management scheme,and the ambulance of the research group adopted the information management scheme.The management quality of the ambulance,the accuracy of rescue records,and the average time for checking the medicines and items in the ambulance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of drug and item placement,identification,first aid item performance,registration,validity period,and management time of the ambulance in the research group's ambulance management quality score were(25.93±3.15)points,(18.36±1.53)points,(13.77±1.21)points,(13.92±1.08)points,(8.42±1.57)points,(7.58±1.37)points,all were better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of rescue records in the research group was 100.00%higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time spent in the research group to check the medicines and items in the ambulance was(80.17±4.39)min,which was shorter than(91.53±5.37)min in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.047,P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of an ambulance management system using the storage management method and two-dimensional code identification technology can effectively improve the quality of ambulance management and the accuracy of rescue records.And help reduce the time it takes to check first aid medicines and supplies.
