基于医院文化建设和人才开发视角的医院新职工岗前培训模式分析

摘要 2019年某医院对新职工岗前培训满意度进行了问卷调查,结合医院实际对调查的结果数据进行分析,发现新职工岗前培训中存在物质文化、制度文化、精神文化、行为文化等缺乏的问题。深入剖析原因,在医院文化建设的基础上从建立岗前培训模式、建全培训机制、重视培训反馈、开发院内资源等角度对问题提出合理的解决建议,为医院后期更好地开展新职工岗前培训工作提供参考,也为医院做好人才资源开发提供重要思路。 In 2019,a hospital conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of new employees'pre-job training,and analyzed the results of the survey based on the actual situation of the hospital.It is found that there are problems such as lack of material culture,institutional culture,spiritual culture and behavioral culture in the pre-job training of new employees.In-depth analysis of the reasons,on the basis of hospital culture construction,put forward reasonable solutions to the problems from the perspectives of establishing a pre-job training model,building a complete training mechanism,attaching importance to training feedback,and developing hospital resources.It provides a reference for the hospital to better carry out pre-job training for new employees in the later stage,and also provides important ideas for the hospital to develop human resources.
