护理管理在康复期精神分裂症患者健康管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Management in Health Management of Patients with Schizophrenia during Rehabilitation

目的探究分析护理管理在康复期精神分裂症患者健康管理中的应用。方法回顾性分析该院对康复期的精神分裂症患者进行护理管理人员35名作为该次研究对象,同一组人员以时间段分组法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组在2019年10月—2020年10月采取传统管理方式(实施岗位责任制管理),观察组在2020年11月—2021年2月采取护理管理干预,经过3个月后对两组护理效果的满意度以及护理管理前和护理管理后操作成绩评分和专业水平评分对比。结果观察组护理管理后的护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.320,P=0.020)。护理管理前,两组操作成绩评分和专业水平评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理管理后,观察组操作成绩评分(95.50±3.05)分、专业水平评分(94.35±2.72)分,均高于对照组的(89.77±3.73)分、(90.44±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.035、6.115,P<0.05)。结论实施健康管理可以缓解康复期精神分裂患者的抑郁情绪,提高了患者的生活质量,也提高了患者家属对医疗服务的满意度,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of nursing management in the health management of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 35 nursing managers of schizophrenic patients in rehabilitation period in the hospital as the research objects.The same group was divided into control group and observation group by time period grouping method.The control group adopted the traditional management method(implementation of post responsibility management)from October 2019 to October 2020,and the observation group adopted nursing management intervention from November 2020 to February 2021.After 3 months,the satisfaction with the nursing effect of the two groups,as well as the operation score and professional level score before and after nursing management were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction after nursing management in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.320,P=0.020).Before nursing management,there was no significant difference in operation score and professional level score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing management,the operation score(95.50±3.05)points and professional level score(94.35±2.72)points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(89.77±3.73)points and(90.44±3.16)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.035,6.115,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health management can alleviate the depression of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of family members of patients with medical services,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
