风险管理在神经外科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in Neurosurgery Nursing Management

目的探究对神经外科护理人员实施风险管理的效果和价值,以保障医院神经外科患者的住院安全。方法选取该院神经外科的35名护理人员为研究对象,于2020年4月—2021年4月对其实施护理风险管理,实施前则接受常规管理措施。对比实施前后神经外科护理工作质量。结果实施后,护理人员换药前后核对工作、关键流程交接、针刺伤处理、接触血液处理、标本采集核对、违规技术处理、护理工作潜在法律问题等风险管理行为知晓率要明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后神经外科患者发生坠床、跌倒、管路脱落、静脉炎等不良护理风险事件的频次低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实施风险管理,可提高护理质量,减少不良护理风险事件发生,效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect and value of risk management for neurosurgery nurses to ensure the hospitalization safety of neurosurgery patients in the hospital.Methods A total of 35 nurses from the neurosurgery department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were subjected to nursing risk management from April 2020 to April 2021,and received routine management measures before implementation.The quality of neurosurgical nursing work before and after implementation was compared.Results After the implementation,the awareness rate of nursing staff's risk management behaviors,such as the check before and after dressing change,the handover of key procedures,the treatment of needle stick injuries,the treatment of contact with blood,the check of specimen collection,the treatment of illegal techniques,and the potential legal problems of nursing work,was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of adverse nursing risk events such as falling from bed,falling,pipeline detachment,and phlebitis in neurosurgery patients after implementation was much lower than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in neurosurgery can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing risk events,and achieve ideal results.
