摘要
目的分析运用新生儿模型和PBL教学法的临床带教效果。方法选取2020年4月—2021年5月期间到该院新生儿科参加实习的48名实习生作为研究对象,将其均分为常规组和研究组,分别接受传统教学和PBL结合模型教学。教学结束后对其学习成绩进行考核,并以此作为评价两种教学模式的依据。结果研究组实习生自我评价结果、理论成绩、操作成绩均显著优于常规组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PBL教学模式有利于发展、创新、提高临床带教工作效率、质量,结合标准化新生儿模型可以提高实习生对临床相关诊断知识、技能的掌握程度,值得推崇。
Objective To analyze the clinical teaching effect of using neonatal model and PBL teaching method.Methods A total of 48 interns who participated in the internship in the neonatology department of the hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into the conventional group and the research group,and received traditional teaching and PBL combined model teaching respectively.After the teaching,their academic performance is assessed,and this is used as the basis for evaluating the two teaching modes.Results The results of self-evaluation,theory scores and operation scores of the interns in the research group were significantly better than those of the interns in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching mode is conducive to development,innovation,and improvement of the efficiency and quality of clinical teaching.Combining the standardized neonatal model can improve the interns'mastery of clinically relevant diagnostic knowledge and skills,which is worthy of admiration.
