整合医学思维用于小儿呼吸循环系统实习带教中的效果探讨

摘要 目的探究整合医学思维用于小儿呼吸循环系统实习带教中效果。方法筛选该院2019年7月—2020年8月顶岗实习的70名小儿呼吸循环系统实习生,随机分为两组,各35名,比较观察组(整合医学思维带教法)和对照组(传统带教法)的考核成绩、培训满意度、综合能力评价和三方面评价。结果①观察组的各项考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组的整体培训满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③培训后,观察组实习生的个人素质、入院诊断、完善辅助诊断、鉴别诊断、修正诊断、治疗方案、医院感染预防控制、交流沟通、团队合作意识、医疗仪器设备操作使用、治疗药品应用、急救措施落实、综合实操能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组的高年资医生评价、科主任评价和学生自我评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿呼吸循环系统实习带教中,应用整合医学思维,可有效提高实习生的考核成绩,提升综合能力,加强实习生对培训的个人满意度和带教老师等三方面的评价满意度,值得广大医院应用与参考。 Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical thinking in the practice teaching of children's respiratory and circulatory system.Methods A total of 70 pediatric respiratory and circulatory system intern trainees in the hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were screened and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The evaluation results,training satisfaction,comprehensive ability evaluation and three-way evaluation were compared between the observation group(integrated medical thinking teaching method)and the control group(traditional teaching method).Results 1.The test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The overall training satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After the training,observe the interns'personal quality,admission diagnosis,perfect auxiliary diagnosis,differential diagnosis,revised diagnosis,treatment plan,hospital infection prevention and control,and communication,teamwork awareness,operation and use of medical equipment,application of therapeutic drugs,implementation of first aid measures,and comprehensive practical ability were all significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The evaluation of senior doctors,department directors and students'self-evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice teaching of children's respiratory and circulatory system,the application of integrated medical thinking can effectively improve the assessment performance of interns,improve the comprehensive ability,and strengthen the personal satisfaction of the interns to the training and the evaluation satisfaction of the teachers.It is worthy of application and reference in the majority of hospitals.
