摘要
目的探讨在神经外科专业硕士研究生教学中采用叙事医学教育的效果。方法选择该院2019年7月—2020年7月接收神经外科专业硕士研究生20名,按照随机数表法分为常规教育对照组(n=10)与采用叙事医学教育方案干预研究组(n=10),采用人文关怀能力评价量表评价研究对象的人文关怀能力,并调查教学效果。结果研究组希望灌输、满足患者基本需求、帮助患者解困、利他价值观、健康宣教、促进情感交流、科学解决问题、优化治疗环境8个维度的评分分别为(25.81±2.20)分、(12.17±2.13)分、(18.03±1.77)分、(18.76±2.68)分、(24.94±3.22)分、(16.87±1.96)分、(14.18±1.92)分、(19.17±0.68)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.437、4.228、2.343、3.550、4.567、5.743、3.534、6.956,P<0.05)。研究组在理论考试、基础操作考试、病历书写、满意度评价4个方面的评分分别为(97.10±2.08)分、(94.77±3.16)分、(87.27±4.54)分、(95.22±2.58)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.779、5.371、3.417、5.086,P<0.05)。结论在神经外科专业硕士研究生教学中采用叙事医学教育方案能有效提高人文关怀能力,有利于提高教学质量与效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of using narrative medical education in neurosurgery postgraduate teaching.Methods A total of 20 postgraduates in neurosurgery were selected from the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a conventional education control group(n=10)and a narrative medical education program intervention study group(n=10).The humanistic caring ability evaluation scale was used to evaluate the humanistic caring ability of the research subjects,and the teaching effect was investigated.Results The scores of the study group in the eight dimensions of hope instillation,meeting the basic needs of patients,helping patients to relieve difficulties,altruistic values,health education,promoting emotional communication,scientific problem solving,and optimizing the treatment environment were respectively(25.81±2.20)points,(12.17±2.13)points,(18.03±1.77)points,(18.76±2.68)points,(24.94±3.22)points,(16.87±1.96)points,(14.18±1.92)points,(19.17±0.68)points.were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.437,4.228,2.343,3.550,4.567,5.743,3.534,6.956,P<0.05).The scores of the study group in the theoretical test,basic operation test,case writing,and satisfaction evaluation were(97.10±2.08)points,(94.77±3.16)points,(87.27±4.54)points,and(95.22±2.58)points respectively,were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.779,5.371,3.417,5.086,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of narrative medical education program in the teaching of postgraduates in neurosurgery can effectively improve their humanistic care ability,which is beneficial to improve the quality and effect of teaching,and is worthy of promotion.
