浅谈军队疗养机构医用耗材的采购管理

Purchase management of medical consumables in military convalescent institutions

分析了军队疗养机构医用耗材采购及属地化管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了包括医用耗材精细化分类、采取竞争性谈判采购方式、完善应急供应制度等的解决对策,降低了医用耗材供应成本,提高了供应的效率,补充完善了属地化管理工作,为改革背景下军队疗养机构科学、规范、高效管理医用耗材提供了参考。

The current situation and existing problems of medical consumables purchase and localized management in military convalescent institutions were analyzed.Some suggestions were proposed to decrease medical consumables supply cost,enhance supply efficiency and promote localized management,including refined classification of medical consumables,adopting competitive negotiation procurement,improving emergency supply system and etc.References were provided for scientific,standardized and efficient management of medical consumables in military convalescent institutions under the background of reform.
