基于“城市双修”理念的泰州滨河绿道品质提升研究

Study on the Quality Improvement of Taizhou Riverside Greenway Based on the Concept of“Urban Double-Repair”

分析了水城泰州城市核心功能区滨河绿道存在的问题,主要涉及规划设计、生态环境保护、人流交通、地域文化开发等方面的不足。基于“城市双修”理念提出了对滨河绿道进行品质提升完善的策略:渗透文化元素构建功能多元化的滨河绿道、因地制宜构建自然生态的滨河绿道、增加绿色空间、建设交通便捷的滨河慢行步道体系、建设水城共融的连通开放空间等,为泰州建设“幸福水天堂”提供参考。

The riverside greenway is an important part of the city located at the junction of water and land.This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the waterfront greenways of the water city Taizhou in the core function areas of the city,mainly involving the deficiencies in the planning and design,the protection of ecological environment,the flow of people,the development of regional culture,etc.Based on the concept of“urban double-repair”,the strategy of improving the quality of riverside greenways is put forward.Some measures and methods are put forward,such as infiltrating cultural elements to construct riverside greenways with diversified functions,constructing natural ecological riverside greenways according to local conditions,increasing green space,constructing the riverside slow walking path systems with convenient traffic,and constructing the connecting and open space of water city integration,which can provide a useful reference for Taizhou to build a“happy water paradise”.
