腾冲红花油茶生殖研究进展

Research Progress on Reproduction of Camellia reticulata

腾冲红花油茶是云南优质的木本油料,兼具油用价值和观赏价值,综述了油茶有性生殖过程,以及腾冲红花油茶的生物学特性、种内杂交花前授粉、坐果率和结实率、花果性状变异等研究。结果表明:目前关于腾冲红花油茶的生殖研究内容较少,且多为观测类的基础性研究,基因类的研究仅有一篇;针对目前的研究进展,建议今后的研究应先明确整个有性生殖的动态发育过程,研究重点放在基因方向,以进一步揭示其生殖生物学特性。为提升对腾冲红花油茶的认识、促进油茶产业的发展、优良品种选育、提高油茶栽培管理水平和坐果率提供参考。

Camellia reticulatal,safflower is Yunnan high quality of the oil with value and ornamental value,but the research is few compared with other camellias.The reference and fruit-bearing rate and differential sexual reproduction is reviewed.The biological characteristics,intraspecific hybridization before pollination,fruit setting rate and seed setting rate,variation of flower and fruit characters of Camellia reticulata were studied in order to improve the understanding of Camellia reticulata,promote the development of the camellia industry and breeding of fine varieties as well as improve the management level of Camellia oleifera cultivation and fruit setting rate It is found that there are few reproductive studies on Camellia reticulata,and most of them are basic studies of observation,and there is only one study on gene.In view of the current research progress,it is suggested that future research should first clarify the whole dynamic development process of sexual reproduction,and then do more research focusing on gene direction to further reveal its reproductive biological characteristics.
