曲靖市巩固提升全国文明城市创建对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Qujing Consolidating and Improving the National Civilized City

指出了全国文明城市作为含金量最高的城市品牌,是反映一座城市整体文明水平综合性评价系统。大力巩固提升全国文明城市创建成果,努力提升市民的综合素质和文化生活水平,对于促进城市经济社会持续协调健康发展,建设能够适应新世纪发展需要的现代化文明城市,具有非常重要的意义。分析了曲靖市巩固提升全国文明城市创建过程中存在的问题,提出了强化创建凝聚合力、加强基础设施建设、加大综合治理力度、注重市民素质提升、抓好常态创建五个方面的建议和对策,以期提供参考。

Consolidating and improving the achievements of national civilized cities,and striving to improve the comprehensive quality and cultural living standards of citizens,are of great significance for promoting the sustainable,coordinated and healthy development of urban economy and society and building a modern and civilized city that can meet the development needs of the new century.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of consolidation and improvement in Qujing City,and put forward five suggestions of strengthening cohesion,strengthening infrastructure construction,strengthening comprehensive governance,paying attention to the improvement of public quality,and paying attention to the normal construction,so as to comprehensively improve the degree of urban civilization.
