The Role of C-DRG in the Reform and Development of Public Hospitals from the Perspective of General Hospitals

三明市是原国家卫生计生委启动全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费改革的首批试点城市,2017年起率先在全市范围内实行住院按全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费改革。文章从三明市沙县区总医院角度,重点介绍了全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费改革的具体做法,总结分析全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费改革对医院、医生、患者的影响,讨论全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费改革的收获、体会及展望;为实施全国按疾病诊断收付费改革的地区及医疗机构提供参考。

Sanming is one of the first pilot cities for the National Health Commission to initiate the Chinese Diagnosis Related Groups(C-DRG) collection and payment reform.Since 2017,it has taken the lead in implementing the C-DRG collection and payment reform for hospitalization in the city.From the perspective of the General Hospital of Shaxian District,Sanming City,it focuses on the main measures and practices of C-DRG reform;summarizes and analyzes the impact of C-DRG reform on hospitals,doctors,and patients;discusses the gains,experience and prospects of C-DRG reform to provide references for the regions and medical institutions that implement the C-DRG collection and payment reform.
