信息源数据规范管理在DRG实践中的应用

目的:探讨信息源数据规范管理对DRG分组质量保障的重要意义。方法:通过细分信息源数据"偏移"原因,建立针对性的前置审核反馈机制及督导培训制度,对信息源数据进行规范管理。结果:对信息源数据规范管理,病案编码正确率由94.68%上升到97.39%,数据上传合格率由90.00%上升到100.00%,DRG入组率由89.00%上升到95.00%,C-DRG医保总付费由89.00%上升到95.00%。结论:信息源数据规范管理是DRG分组质量的重要保障。

Objective:To explore the significance of standardized management of information source data for DRG grouping quality assurance.Methods:By subdividing the causes of "Deviation" of information source data,a targeted pre audit feedback mechanism and supervision and training system were established to standardize the management of information source data.Results:According to the standardized management of information source data,the correct rate of medical record coding increased from 94.68% to97.39%,the compliance rate of data upload increased from 90% to 100%,the enrollment rate of DRG increased from 89% to 95%,and the total payment of C-DRG medical insurance increased from 89% to 95%.Conclusion:The standardized management of information source data is an important guarantee for the grouping quality of DRG.
