摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性、复发性胃肠道炎症性疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD)。IBD发病机制复杂,牵涉面甚广,目前仍未能完全阐述清楚,而近年来关于非编码核糖核酸(ncRNA)的研究更新了人们对IBD发生发展机制的理解。关于IBD与ncRNA关系的研究越来越多,主要集中于微小RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),而有关环状RNA(circRNA)在IBD中的研究则相对较少。本文综述circRNA在IBD发病机制和治疗等方面的研究进展。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a kind of chronic,recurrent inflammatory gastrointestinal disease,mainly including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn′s disease(CD).The pathogenesis of IBD is complex and involves a lot of aspects,and it is still not fully elaborated at present.However,recent studies on non-coding ribonucleic acid(ncRNA)have updated the understanding of the pathogenesis and development of IBD.More and more studies have been conducted on the relationship between IBD and ncRNA,which mainly focus on microRNA(miRNA)and long non-coding RNA(lncRNA).However,there are relatively few studies on circular RNA(circRNA)in IBD.This article reviews the research progress of circRNA in the pathogenesis and treatment of IBD.
