丹参酮ⅡA对免疫细胞的调节作用研究概述

Review on the regulatory effect of Tanshinone ⅡA on immune cells

丹参作为我国的传统中药,广泛用于临床多种病、证的治疗及配伍应用。丹参酮ⅡA(tanshinone ⅡA,TⅡA)是从丹参中提取的一种菲醌类衍生物,为丹参发挥药理作用的主要活性成分之一,具有多种药理活性,在心血管疾病治疗、抗炎、抗肿瘤、肝保护、神经保护等方面均发挥显著药效。近年来,其广泛的免疫调节作用受到了人们的关注,发现TⅡA可干预免疫细胞的激活、发育及其功能。其中,文献报道最多的免疫细胞主要有中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞等。本文从免疫学的角度分析TⅡA对上述免疫细胞的调节作用,并探讨其对炎症性疾病、动脉粥样硬化、过敏性疾病、免疫性疾病等产生防治作用的免疫机制。

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.as traditional Chinese medicine, is widely used in the treatment of a variety of clinical disease,syndrome and compatibility. Tanshinone ⅡA(TⅡA) is a kind of phenanthrenequinone class derivatives, extracted fromSalvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.. It plays pharmacological effects as one of the main active components ofSalvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.and has many pharmacological activities. It plays a significant effect in the treatment of cardiovascular,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,liver protection,nerve protection, etc. In recent years, its wide range functions of immune regulation were attended by people. It was found that TⅡA can interfere the activation of immune cells,development and function. Among them,the literature reported most immune cells are mainly neutrophils,macrophages,mast cells,dendritic cells,T lymphocytes,and so on. This article analyses effect of TⅡA on these immune cells from the perspective of immunology, and reviews the inflammatory,atherosclerosis,allergic and autoimmune disease prevention and regulation of the immune system.
