摘要
5500 t/d大型甲醇合成装置投运5个月后,因结蜡严重,粗甲醇空冷器、粗甲醇水冷器和MTO级甲醇冷却器换热效果下降,影响装置的高负荷运行。对MTO级甲醇冷却器中的蜡状物进行分析,初步判定其成分为正三十二烷,且含有部分不饱和烃,熔点为68~91℃。根据成分分析结果,对粗甲醇冷凝器、粗甲醇调节冷凝器实施了在线除蜡,取得了良好的效果,实现了甲醇合成装置的稳定运行。
Five months after the 5500 t/d large-scale methanol synthesis unit is put into operation,the heat exchange effect of crude methanol air cooler,crude methanol water cooler and MTO grade methanol cooler decreases due to severe wax deposition,which affects the high-load operation of the unit.The waxy substance in the MTO grade methanol cooler is analyzed,and preliminarily determination shows that its composition is dotriacontane,and contains some unsaturated hydrocarbons with a melting point of 68-91℃.According to the results of composition analysis,the crude methanol condenser and crude methanol regulating condenser are dewaxed on-line,which achieves good results and realizes the stable operation of the methanol synthesis unit.
