磷酸铵装置造粒机内部件改造总结

Sum-Up of Internal Parts Revamp of Granulator in Ammonium Phosphate Unit

为解决磷酸铵生产装置产能扩大后出现的大块料多、产品颗粒外观不光滑等问题,对造粒机的大梁、管式反应器、氨支架、内衬胶板、预中和反应器喷管等进行了改造。改造后,造粒工况得到较大的改善,既消除了大块料的出现,又降低了操作人员的劳动强度。磷酸铵装置实际产量超过300 kt/a,生产的粒子光滑圆润,产品外观质量合格率提升至100%。

In order to solve the problems of large pieces of material and unsmooth appearance of product granules due to the expansion of the production capacity of ammonium phosphate unit,a modification is made of the beam of the granulator,the tubular reactor,the ammonia support,the rubber liner,and the pre-neutralization reactor nozzle of the granulator.After the transformation,the granulation operating conditions have been greatly improved,which not only eliminates the occurrence of large pieces of material,but also reduces the labor intensity of the operators.The actual output of the ammonium phosphate unit exceeds 300 kt/a,the produced granules are smooth and round,and the product appearance quality qualification rate is increased to 100%.
