X射线荧光光谱法测定磷酸中磷、镁、铁、铝、钙含量

Determination of the Content of Phosphorus,Magnesium,Iron,Aluminum and Calcium in Phosphoric Acid by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用熔融法制样,用X射线荧光光谱法测定湿法磷酸中磷、镁、铁、铝、钙的含量。用传统分析方法对生产中收集的磷酸样品进行定值,制作各元素的校准曲线,测定湿法磷酸中各元素的含量。结果表明:X射线荧光光谱法所需试剂少、分析用时短,测定结果与传统分析方法基本一致,测得结果的相对标准偏差为0.10%~3.13%,可以满足生产中控分析的要求。 Prepared by melting method,the contents of phosphorus,magnesium,iron,aluminum and calcium in wet-process phosphoric acid inside sample is determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The phosphoric acid samples collected in the production are certified by traditional analysis method,the calibration curve of each element is made,and the content of each element in the wet-process phosphoric acid is determined.The results show that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry requires less reagents and short analysis time.The measurement results are basically consistent with those obtained by traditional analysis method.The relative standard deviation of the measured results is between 0.10%and 3.13%,which can meet the requirements of production control analysis.
