韩国传统体育非物质文化遗产保护经验及启示

Experience and Enlightenment of Korean Protecting Traditional Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage

通过对韩国传统体育非物质文化遗产相关文献资料的归纳分析,以及对传统体育非物质文化遗产项目保护现状进行实地考察,提炼出韩国传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护经验:(1)健全的法律保护制度体系;(2)完善的非遗传授教育制度;(3)丰富的节庆体育赛事活动。在此基础上结合我国传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护现状和存在问题,提出适合我国传统体育非物质文化遗产传承和保护的几点做法:(1)健全传统体育非遗保护法规;(2)构建主体多元化的传承体系;(3)塑造节庆非遗体育赛事品牌;(4)优先申报濒危传统体育项目。

Through the analysis of the literature and materials related to the intangible cultural heritage of Korean traditional sports,and the field investigation of the protection status of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports,the experience of protecting the intangible cultural heritage of Korean traditional sports is extracted:(1)Sound legal protection institutional system;(2)A complete non-genetic education system;(3)A wealth of festive sports events.On this basis,combined with the current status and existing problems of the intangible protection of traditional sports in China,it is proposed that it is suitable for the inheritance and intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports in China.Effective enlightenment of protection:(1)Improving the laws and regulations on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in traditional sports;(2)Building a diversified inheritance system for the main body;(3)Shaping the brand of festive intangible cultural heritage sports events;(4)Taking precedence to the declaration of endangered traditional sports.
