摘要
2021年8月,十三届全国人大常委会第三十次会议表决通过《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》(以下简称《个人信息保护法》),自2021年11月1日起施行。《个人信息保护法》作为我国首部针对个人信息保护的专门性立法,进一步明确个人信息收集和处理应遵循的原则,构建更为系统的信息安全法律保障体系。
The banking industry involves many businesses, a wide range and complex relationships. So it is necessary for banks to ensure the security of customers’ financial information. Banks should establish a personal information protection file management system and an emergency response mechanism for information security incidents.
