摘要
研究针对城市滨水空间既有建筑的水敏性问题及复杂挑战,提出既有建筑水敏性设计的四项策略:多级水敏性圈层设计、水敏性界面调控、水敏性自然植物群落设计、立体生境结构设计。基于提出的技术框架,完成重庆开州区汉丰湖宣教中心的水敏性景观建筑改造并评估其生态效益。研究表明,改造后的水敏性景观建筑能够持续发挥雨洪管理、环境美化、自然教育、生物多样性提升以及减源增汇等生态系统服务,构筑了可持续城市水岸的生命景观地标。该研究可为高密度滨水人居环境的水敏性设计和生态可持续发展提供科学依据与可参考的应用范式。
To cope with the typical water-sensitive problems and complex challenges of existing buildings in waterfront spaces, this study puts forward four strategies for water-sensitive design of existing buildings: multilevel water-sensitive circle-layer design;water-sensitive interface regulation;water-sensitive quasi-nature plant community design;and three-dimensional model of habitat structure. Based on the proposed technical framework, the study takes the Hanfeng Lake Education Center in Kaizhou District, Chongqing as an example to complete the water-sensitive building renovation and evaluate its ecological benefits. The current research has shown that the water-sensitive landscape intervention can sustainably provide ecosystem services such as storm water management, landscape amenities, biodiversity conservation, source-sink manipulation, etc., which eventually becomes a life landmark of the area studied. This research can provide a scientific basis and reference application paradigm for the water-sensitive design and ecological development of high-density urban waterfront area.
