面部激素依赖性皮炎发病之本为气血亏虚,风、火、热、湿、毒为其主要病理因素,药毒贯穿皮炎发生发展的全过程,辨证分为:药毒郁滞,肺胃积热证;药毒内结,心火上攻证;血虚风燥,虚火上炎证;脾虚湿阻,湿热壅滞证;毒留皮内,卫外失固证。该病治疗以清肺胃热,解毒止痒为法,辅以凉血解毒,清心泻火。面部激素依赖性皮炎的辨证,应从火、虚、湿、毒等致病因素入手,辨证不拘泥于"热",抓住病机本质,辨清发病机理,随证治之,从多个角度分析面部激素依赖性皮炎的病因病机,从而指导临床治疗。

The root cause of facial hormone dependent dermatitis is deficiency of qi and blood.Wind,fire,heat,dampness and toxin are the main pathological factors.Drug toxin runs through the whole process of dermatitis.The syndrome differentiation is divided into the following types:lung-stomach heat accumulation syndrome due to drug toxin stagnation;up-flaming heart-fire syndrome due to drug toxin internal accumulation;up-flaming deficiency-fire syndrome due to blood deficiency and wind dryness;syndrome of internal retention of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction;syndrome of insecurity of defense qi due to toxin accumulated in the skin.The disease is treated by clearing lung-stomach heat,detoxifying and relieving itching,supplemented by cooling blood and detoxifying,clearing heart and purging fire.The syndrome differentiation of facial hormone dependent dermatitis should start from the pathogenic causes of fire,deficiency,dampness,toxin and so on,rather than limit to "heat",It is necessary to grasp and distinguish the essence of the pathogenesis,treat it based on exact syndrome,and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of facial hormone dependent dermatitis from multiple angles,so as to guide clinical treatment.
