豹文刺拔罐联合电针对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛的影响

The Influence of Leopard Needling Cupping Combined with Electroacupuncture on Pain in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察豹文刺拔罐联合电针对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年12月阳谷县中医医院门诊治疗急性发作期神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为豹文刺组和电针组,每组40例。豹文刺组给予豹文刺拔罐联合电针治疗,电针组给予单纯电针治疗。结果:豹文刺组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);豹文刺组治疗后临床症状体征评分低于电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);豹文刺组显效率为72.5%,电针组显效率为47.5%,豹文刺组优于电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:豹文刺拔罐联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病能减轻患者疼痛,起效快,改善患者临床症状体征。

Objective:To observe the influence of leopard needling cupping combined with electroacupuncture on pain in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute onset CSR treated in the outpatient department of Yanggu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the leopard needling group and electroacupuncture group,with 40 cases in each group.The leopard needling group was treated with leopard needling cupping combined with electroacupuncture,and the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture alone.Results:The pain visual analogue score of the leopard needling group was lower than that of the electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of clinical symptoms and signs in the leopard needling group was lower than that in the electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remarkably effective rate of the leopard needling group was 72.5%,which was better than that of the electroacupuncture group was 47.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leopard needling cupping combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of CSR can reduce the pain of patients,take effect quickly and improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
